At Print Explore, all our products are made-to-order and customized based on customer requirements. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or reversed. This applies to all products, including custom-printed, personalized, and corporate orders.
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Since our products are custom-made and printed as per the customer’s specifications, returns are not possible once the order has been processed or delivered.
Print Explore does not support Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be prepaid using the available online payment methods at the time of checkout.
Customers are requested to carefully review:
Product details
Size, color, and specifications
Design files, text, and spelling
before placing an order. Print Explore is not responsible for errors made by the customer during order submission.
In the rare event of receiving a damaged or defective product, customers must:
Record an open box delivery video clearly showing the issue
Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Without proper proof, claims will not be accepted. Replacement or resolution will be at the sole discretion of Print Explore.
